Doctor C.J. Berg, MD, MBA, is an Ohio boy, through and through. He was born and raised in the beautiful Buckeye State and now serves the community of Columbus as a neurosurgeon. Dr. Berg owns Axis Spine Clinic and has dedicated his life to treating patients and helping them get their lives back in order.
Doctor C.J. Berg is a highly respected neurosurgeon specializing in treating chronic neck and back pain, herniated discs, pinched nerves, sacroiliac joint pain, and spinal stenosis. After obtaining his medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine, he completed his neurosurgery residency training at the University of Buffalo Neurosurgery (UBNS).

Doctor C.J. Berg is also a former member of the United States military. He held several positions, including Neurosurgery Element Leader, Orthopedics/Neurosurgery Flight Commander, and Neurosurgical Consultant to the U.S. Air Force Surgeon General. He completed two tours in Afghanistan before opening his practice in Gahanna.

In addition to his work as a neurosurgeon, Dr. Berg is an avid Cleveland sports fan, especially of the Browns. He is also a fan of OrangeTheory Fitness and enjoys playing board games in his free time.
